Frequently Asked Questions about offers
- What is the difference between monthly and annual?
- The monthly commitment renews each month; the annual commitment covers twelve months and corresponds to the equivalent of ten monthly payments. Both formulas provide access to the same content.
- Can I change my offer?
- Changing offers is possible in both directions. Prorata rules and the effective date will be specified in the General Terms and Conditions of Sale (CGV) before payment is opened.
- How do I cancel?
- Cancellation will be done online from the personal area and will take effect at the end of the current period, with a seven-day grace period in case of non-payment.
- Who issues the invoices?
- Invoices will be issued by Axonaut, the only legal issuer retained. The platform does not issue any accounting documents on its end.
- What happens to access after the subscription ends?
- Access to reserved content ceases at the end of the paid period. Resources already downloaded remain usable within the limits of the internal use license.
- How does Premium coaching work?
- Sixty minutes per quarter, not cumulative, booked in advance on available slots. Cancellation and rescheduling terms will be set out in the General Terms and Conditions of Sale (CGV).
