1. Purpose These terms govern the access and use of the resource platform published by Servantys under the Service&Sens brand. 2. Other resources will require an account and, where applicable, a subscription, when these offers become available: to date, no paid offers are available and no subscriptions can be purchased. 3. Account and Security The account is personal. The user is responsible for the confidentiality of their credentials and must inform the publisher of any suspicious use. The publisher may suspend access in the event of a specific security risk. 4. Accuracy of Information The user must provide accurate information and keep it up to date. Professional information is used to contextualize resources and manage the customer relationship. 5. Access to Resources The content evolves: additions, updates, and removals of obsolete versions are part of the service. The publisher does not guarantee the permanence of any given version. 6. Cookie and Tracker Policy

In effect — Version 2026-03 — Effective date : August 28, 2026

Actual inventory of trackers (recorded on August 28, 2026) The service does not place any advertising cookies, any audience measurement cookies, or any third-party tracking trackers. No third-party scripts are loaded: the fonts are hosted by the service itself. However, two technical cookies are placed by the site's hosting and protection infrastructure. They are listed below as they have been observed on this domain. 1) __cf_bm Issuer: Cloudflare, Inc., the site's protection and distribution provider. Purpose: Security and abuse prevention — distinguishing between human and automated traffic (protection against bots and attacks). It is not used for advertising, audience measurement, or profiling. Scope: service domain, path "/". Observed attributes: Secure, HttpOnly, SameSite=None. Observed duration: approximately 30 minutes, renewed with each new visit. 2) __dpl Issuer: the service's hosting platform (Lovable Labs Incorporated and its delivery infrastructure). Purpose: Technical delivery consistency — it retains the identifier of the deployed site version to ensure that the pages and files served come from the same version. It is not used for advertising, audience measurement, or profiling, and it does not allow an individual to be recognized from one visit to the next beyond this technical function. Scope: service domain, path "/". Observed attributes: Secure, SameSite=Lax, accessible to page script (not HttpOnly). Observed duration: approximately 24 hours. Analysis of the strictly necessary nature These two cookies are placed by the infrastructure, without the service's intervention, for two purposes recognized as necessary for providing a service requested by the user: security and the fight against abuse (__cf_bm), and the consistency of the served version (__dpl). They do not carry any identification data provided by the individual, are not used for audience measurement purposes, and are not shared with any advertisers. As such, they fall under the consent exemption for strictly necessary trackers. This analysis is reviewed each time the hosting or protection provider changes. Strictly necessary storage On pages requiring a login (member area, back-office), the authentication session is stored in the browser's local storage, along with a technical scroll position indicator. This storage is strictly necessary for the functioning of the requested service. It is deleted upon logout or by clearing browser data. Service traffic measurement The service counts volumes of strictly anonymous steps (for example: number of resource pages viewed, number of access requests). This measurement uses no cookies, no local storage, and no visitor or session identifiers: two successive events cannot be linked to the same person. No consent is required, as no access to the terminal is made for this purpose. Consequence for consent In the absence of any non-strictly necessary trackers, no consent banner is displayed. If a non-necessary tracker were to be introduced in the future, a compliant consent mechanism would be implemented before any placement, and this policy would be updated with the corresponding version. Your means of control You can clear local storage and cookies from your browser settings at any time. Clearing the session storage will simply require you to log in again. In effect — Version 2026-08-26 — Effective date : August 26, 2026

1. Commitment The platform is designed to aim for level AA of the WCAG 2.2 guidelines: semantic structure, full keyboard navigation, controlled contrasts, sufficient touch targets, visible focus, and compatibility with assistive technologies. 2. Scope Public pages, resource access forms, personal space, and editorial back-office, in French. 3. Method Automated checks on multiple screen sizes, keyboard verifications, and manual review of interactive components with each update. 4. Known Limitations Some downloadable resources produced outside the platform may not be fully accessible. An alternative can be requested. 5. Absence of a Regulatory Declaration of Conformity No RGAA compliance is claimed: this would require a full RGAA audit, which has not been conducted to date. 6. Contact and Appeals Any access difficulties can be reported to contact@service-sens.com. In the event of an unsatisfactory response, a report can be sent to the Défenseur des droits (French Rights Defender). 7. Nature of This Page This page is an accessibility statement and not a regulatory declaration of conformity. It describes a commitment to aim for level AA of the WCAG 2.2 guidelines, the results of available automated checks, known limitations, and contact methods. No compliance rate is announced and no full RGAA audit has been conducted to date. 8. Available Results Automated checks run on the production candidate reveal no critical or serious violations, and no horizontal overflow on the tested screen sizes. These checks do not replace a full manual audit or testing with users with disabilities.
